Hi everyone,

I hope you’ve all had a good summer. I’m just checking in to update you on the last few months.

We have recently returned from a great exhibition at the Maison et Objet trade show in Paris, where we launched new designs and even had a brand new trade fair stand.

We were showcasing some new more ‘sophisticated’ colour-ways for our best-selling Box Appetit collection.




… and also presented our new stainless steel sandwich box. This design in particular marks a ‘line in the sand’ so to speak in terms of where we are heading as a company. It uses the best possible sustainable materials, which improve with age and are designed to last you a lifetime. Going forward, we want people to recognise our products for being sustainable through great design. This follows the ‘buy once, buy well’ mantra that we want to be a benchmark for everything we do.  The new designs had a brilliant reaction and we’ll update you as soon as these come into stock later this month.



Aside from showing off our designs, the exhibition allows us to meet our customers and fellow exhibitors, see what’s new and compare notes. The days are long… and busy, but in the evenings our team get to sample some of the delicacies of Parisian cuisine (some of us even ate at a restaurant that specialised in frogs’ legs!). After the show, we had time to visit some of the great stores we supply. France is well known for having some of the best shop displays in the world and this is a great opportunity for us to see how our designs look in-store and to get inspired.



So what else has been going on? It isn’t every day you get an email asking you to supply products to be featured in a new Brad Pitt film. I can’t reveal the film or the products featured (sorry), but this was too big a secret to keep to ourselves until 2019 when the film will actually launch!
Without wanting to give anything away, we also have some major news regarding a brand new revolutionary design launching in November and we can’t wait to update you on this soon.
