Shipping Information

 

We aim to get your Black+Blum order to you as soon as possible. Our warehouse is located: Entermarket, 6402 Corporate Drive, Indianapolis Indiana 46278, United States. 

Warehouse Lead-time

Our warehouses dispatch orders on average within 1-4 working days. Exceptional warehouse closure periods will be indicated on the site main page or during the check out process.

Shipping Rates & delivery time estimates

We have two options for delivery:

USPS Mail: Not tracked, $5.95 for orders under $40, 2-8 days once dispatched depending on state. Once your order is over $40, you must select UPS Ground (below).

UPS Ground: Tracked, $14.99 or free for orders over $70. 2-6 days once dispatched depending on state.

Please note: we do not hold any responsibility for orders sent by USPS Mail as these are not tracked. Once they leave our warehouse, we cannot control if they reach their destination.

We ship to all states except: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico. Visit our Trade page for a list of distributors available in your area or contact us for more information.

The delivery times indicated are estimated, on average delivery times. Please allow additional time during busier holiday periods.

Black+Blum reserves the right to split up the shipping of any order. Black+Blum cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delayed delivery.

Shipping address

The goods are delivered at the postal address provided when ordering on our website. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the postal address communicated. Please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if the address needs to be amended.

When the shipping address is invalid and making delivery impossible, we will cancel the order and try and contact you by email or telephone. The payment will be refunded if we are unable to contact the customer within 5 days. Black+Blum will invite the customer to re-order after verifying the delivery address.

 

Shipping problems

Do not accept a package showing major damage. If accepting a damaged parcel, the customer must note any visible damage on the packaging of the goods on the delivery receipt before signing. Please take photographic evidence and notify us with a copy of the signed receipt if the goods are damaged.

Any package deposited in your mailbox or approved by someone else than you will be considered “approved” and no action can be undertaken in case of damaged goods without photographic evidence. If no claim has been issued within 3 days after the receipt of the package, we will not be able to consider potential disparities or accord any compensation.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
